We do. All waterproofing is carried out to AS 3740, the Australian Standard for waterproofing domestic wet areas, and certified, and you'll receive the certificate at handover. Keep it in a safe place, as it's an important document if you ever sell your home or need to make an insurance claim.

Yes, in almost every case. You won't be able to use the bathroom being renovated, so if it's your only bathroom we'll talk through the timing with you before we start. Dust protection and a daily clean-up are included in every job.
