Nearly all of our Surfers Paradise work is in apartments, and we renovate everything from a compact ensuite to the main bathroom. We work to the hours and access arrangements the building sets, and we'll help with the paperwork your scheme asks for.

Common questions
In Surfers the building sets a good part of the number. Short permitted work windows, a shared service lift and height all stretch the program, and a longer program costs more. The measure is free and you get the quote in writing.
A work application, a copy of Faulkner Building Group's licence, proof of its insurance (called certificates of currency) and a lift booking. Surfers buildings often have short work hours, so we apply early and plan the work schedule around the hours the body corporate allows.
By bin through the service lift, in the windows the building allows. Lift, corridor and lobby are protected before the first load, and common areas are cleaned daily, which is what gets you approved again next time.
Nothing, because the floor is never left open. The waste is capped the day it comes out, the membrane goes straight down, and the floor is flood tested before tiling. It matters more here than anywhere, with occupied units on every side.
Yes, and it's the easiest way to run a Surfers apartment. Give us the vacancy window and we'll build the program to fit inside it, including the building's own approval time, which is usually the longest part of it.
