The homes here
A lot of Paradise Point is single and double storey homes on the water, and we renovate main bathrooms and ensuites in them, often both in the same program. These are rooms where the finishes matter, so we settle the tile layout and the joinery before anything is ordered.
There are villas and townhouses through Paradise Point as well, and we renovate a lot of second bathrooms and ensuites in them. We're used to working with body corporates and we'll help with any paperwork the scheme needs.

Common questions
At Paradise Point the number is usually for two rooms, not one, because the main bathroom and the ensuite tend to be done together. Doing both at once is cheaper per room, and the free on-site measure prices them as one job in writing.
It's what most Paradise Point jobs are, and it's the cheaper way round. One strip-out, one waterproofing visit and one tiler covers both rooms, and the house is disrupted once.
Exactly the way a ground floor room is, and then flood tested before a tile goes down. A first-floor wet area is the one place a membrane failure shows up in someone's ceiling, so it's tested, not assumed.
Not the structure, but it does affect the tapware and the fittings, which sit in damper, saltier air than they would inland. We'll tell you which finishes hold up and which ones we'd leave alone.
Yes. If you've worked with a designer or have drawings, we price straight from them. If you haven't, we'll draw both rooms to scale first, which matters here because the ensuite and the main bathroom usually share services.
