The homes here
Most of our Main Beach work is in apartments, and we renovate everything from a single ensuite to the whole bathroom. We work to the hours and access arrangements the building sets, and we'll sort the paperwork your scheme asks for before anything starts.
Main Beach also has houses along the water, and we renovate main bathrooms and ensuites in them. A new layout, a frameless walk-in shower and better storage are what most of these rooms are after.

Common questions
In a Main Beach tower the number reflects the building as much as the room. Restricted hours, a booked lift and a long carry from the loading dock all cost time. We measure free, work it out properly, and put the quote in writing.
A work application, a copy of Faulkner Building Group's licence and insurance certificates, and a lift booking. Most Main Beach building managers also want a work schedule before they approve anything, and we put all of that together so you're not chasing it.
In bins through the service lift, on the days and hours the building allows. Everything on the route gets protected first, and the common areas are cleaned at the end of each day.
Nothing. The floor is never left open, the waste is capped the day it comes out, and the new membrane is flood tested before tiling. In a tower that test is the whole point, because a failure shows up in someone else's ceiling.
Yes, directly. The application, the certificates of currency, the lift booking and the approved work hours are ours to sort out with them, and we'd rather do that than have you chasing a building manager.
