Common questions
In a Broadbeach apartment the building drives the number as much as the bathroom does. Lift bookings, restricted work hours and getting waste down from height all add time, and time is the cost. The on-site measure is free and the quote is in writing.
Most Broadbeach buildings want a work application, a copy of Faulkner Building Group's licence, proof of its insurance (called certificates of currency) and a booked service lift. We put that together and lodge it, and we work to the hours your body corporate sets.
By bin, through the service lift, on the days the building permits it. Lift car, corridor and lobby are protected before anything moves, and the common areas are left clean at the end of each day, which is what keeps a building happy to have us back.
Nothing, because the floor is never left open overnight. The waste is capped the day it comes out, the membrane goes down before anything else happens in the room, and the floor is flood tested before a single tile is laid.
No, it just changes the logistics and the price a little. Everything in and out goes up and down the stairs, which takes longer, so we allow for it in the written quote instead of discovering it on day one.
