Mermaid Beach has a mix of original beachside houses and newer builds, and we renovate main bathrooms and ensuites in both. These are homes where the finishes matter, so we spend the time getting the tile layout and the joinery right before anything is ordered.
There are plenty of duplexes and units here too, and we renovate a lot of second bathrooms and ensuites in them. We're used to working with body corporates, and we plan the noisier days so you know when to expect them.

Common questions
In Mermaid Beach it depends which house you've got. An original beachside place can hide a lot behind the tiles, and a newer build rarely does. That's the difference between two quite different numbers, and the free measure is what settles it.
Soft wall sheeting around the shower, and often no membrane under the old screed at all. It's the most common reason a quote moves, so we open a section up at the measure rather than guessing.
It changes the tapware. Close to the beach, cheaper chrome and some coatings pit within a couple of years. We'll point you at the finishes that last here and tell you which ones we wouldn't put in.
Usually yes for plumbing, waterproofing or anything on a shared wall. We'll assemble what the scheme asks for and work to whatever hours and access rules it sets.
Yes, and it's normally cheaper than doing them a year apart. One strip-out, one waterproofing visit, one tiler on site, and you're disrupted once instead of twice.
