Noosa work tends to be high specification, and that is exactly the kind that survives being programmed from two hours away, because the long lead items are the tiles and the stone rather than the labour. A job where selections are locked early runs no differently here than it does at home.
At this distance the thing that derails a program is a late change of mind, not the drive. Choosing the tile, the stone and the tapware before a wall comes off is what keeps a Noosa job to its schedule, and it is why the design stage matters more here than anywhere.

No. We're based on the Gold Coast, and so is Faulkner Building Group, the licensed builder that does the work. Noosa is a two hour drive, and when we come to measure up we'll talk you through how the work days are scheduled around that.
High specification whole-bathroom work, usually more than one room. Those are the jobs where the selections and the stone drive the program rather than the labour, which is what makes them work at a distance.
Only if selections are late. We block the trades so they run consecutively, and the schedule goes to you with dates before we start. What extends a job up here is a change of mind at week three, not the drive.
Because a decision made on a drawing costs nothing and a decision made on site costs a trip. Locking the layout, the tile and the tapware before demolition is what keeps the program honest at this distance.
Then we will say so and point you at someone closer. A single small room two hours away cannot be priced fairly or run well, and taking it would be doing you a disservice for the sake of a booking.
