The homes here
Hope Island is mostly estate housing, single storey and two storey homes built from the nineties onwards, and many are now due for their first or second bathroom update. A new layout, a walk-in shower and better storage are what most of them are after.
There are villas and townhouses through the estates as well, and we renovate a lot of second bathrooms and ensuites in them. We work to whatever access hours the estate or the body corporate sets, and we'll help with the paperwork.

Common questions
At Hope Island the number turns on the slab and the estate. Moving a toilet means cutting the slab, and estate access rules can stretch the program. Both are knowable at the free on-site measure, and the quote follows in writing.
Only slightly, and we handle it. Contractor registration, the gate, the hours the estate allows trades on site and where trucks can stand all get sorted before day one rather than on it.
The shower and vanity usually can move. The toilet depends on where the drainage runs under the slab, which decides whether it's straightforward or a cut and re-lay. We find that out at the measure, not mid-job.
Two things. The membranes of that era were often taken up the wall far too low behind the shower, and the original vanities and screens are usually the first things you'd want gone. Neither is a problem, but both show up once we open the room.
Yes. Hope Island houses usually have a second bathroom, which makes this straightforward, and we'll confirm which one you're keeping before the first wall comes off.
