Varsity Lakes is mostly family housing built from the late nineties onwards, and a lot of it's two storey with a main bathroom upstairs and a powder room down. We renovate both, and often in the same program so it's one disruption rather than two.
The downstairs powder room is one of the most common jobs we do here. It's a small room where the tile and the vanity do all the work, and it's a good one to run alongside the main bathroom upstairs.
